Given the digital nature of our product, we've put several policies in place to prevent abuse and ensure fairness. These measures help us maintain the high-quality service our customers expect and deserve.

Refund guidelines

We may not be able to issue a refund in the following scenarios:

• Not following our photo upload instructions - The quality of your AI photos is directly correlated to the quality of the photos you upload. If you don't follow our guidelines, we can't guarantee the quality of your AI headshots.
• Downloading photos - Once a user downloads digital products, they are no longer eligible for a refund. This policy ensures the integrity of our service and prevents misuse.
• Timeframe - Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
